Designed and delivered by Jay Bergeron, the Next Level Skills Development Program focuses on the core hockey skills needed in order to develop a solid foundation free of bad habits. Each week, players will be challenged outside their comfort zone with a progression focus that will gradually enhance each players hockey skills over the course of the program.
