Our High Performance Clinic is designed for competitive players who want to sharpen the technical skills, speed, control, and decision-making needed to perform at a higher level. Each session combines focused skill development with high-tempo, game-like drills in a challenging and positive environment.
Advanced Skating Development
Players will work on a wide range of skating techniques, including:
- Edge control and balance
- Stride efficiency and control
- Power skating and acceleration
- Proper skating stance and body positioning
- Agility, transitions, and changes of direction
These high-intensity skating drills help players move more efficiently, generate more power, and maintain control at game speed.
Stickhandling and Puck Control
Players will develop quick, soft hands while improving their ability to control the puck with confidence. Drills progress from individual skill work to pressured, game-like situations and focus on:
- Quick hands and puck protection
- Puck control while skating at speed
- Handling the puck under pressure
- Maintaining control in tight spaces
- Making faster decisions with the puck
High-Tempo Skill Integration
The final portion of each session brings everything together through fast-paced drills that combine:
- Skating
- Stickhandling
- Passing
- Shooting
- Puck protection
- Game-situation decision-making
Players will be challenged to execute their skills at speed while reading the play and reacting under pressure.
