Taylor Jarvis is entering her 6th season as the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach for many teams in the O.W.H.A. and O.M.H.A. She currently works with the Oakville Rangers, Oakville Hornets, Burlington Barracudas, Burlington Eagles, Burlington Bulldogs, Stoney Creek Sabres as well as many other AAA and AA teams in the Golden Horshoe and GTA.
Taylor began working with hockey players after finishing her career working with men's competitive gymnastics at the National training centre. In 2012, she built up a program of over 40 athletes who were drafted into the OJHL and OHL; many who went on to be invited to NHL camps and later signed with the NHL.
Prior to joining Oakville Hockey Academy, Taylor founded Girl Hockey Training: An N.C.A.A. feeder program that works individually with girls wanting to take their hockey to the next level. This program focuses on weight training, nutrition as well as mental preparation before games and during training.
Taylor is looking forward to continue her work with young athletes and teams as the Managing Director of Base 33 Fitness.

Charlotte is a dynamic and energetic Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor (Yoga, Bootcamp, Boxing) and utter fitness enthusiast who has a passion for all things fitness! Her enthusiasm is contagious as she guides her classes through challenging workouts leaving them feeling strong and fierce!
Calling Oakville home, Charlotte travels throughout the greater Toronto area to share her love of fitness and wellness to both individual clients and Corporations alike. Soon to add JOGA (Yoga designed specifically for athletes) to her roster of teaching, Charlotte can’t wait put her fitness enthusiasts and athletes through their paces at Base 33 Fitness!

Paul is devoted to fitness. He is a CanFit Pro Certified Personal Trainer specialist, LTS Master Trainer, Nutrition & Weight Loss Coach, and Cycle One Instructor.

Since he first laced up skates at the age of 2, fitness has been his purpose and most of all his passion. He soon got involved in competitive sports and realized the importance of fitness and skills training in order to attain an edge over his competition.

He engages his focus for fitness, health and overall wellness in striving to help others achieve their goals and improve their lifestyle. He is an effective listener and communicator – he spends the time to find out what his clients’ goals are and designs custom training programs to meet their needs.
